Pros: Neat, simplistic(but not boring) to look at and use.Quite fast too.
Cons: Options could be a little easier to implement otherwise nothing
Summary: Just made this my fulltime browser moving from Opera.
I think its based on IE but better than that by a mile in my opinion. read more -

Pros: has all the nice features that the most popular browsers have.
Cons: It doesn't have a "make the new tab from middle clicking link active" option in tab options. I don't like having new tabs open in background when I middle click a link. Also doesn't have skins, just color settings.
Summary: I love all the good features of the browser - they definitely outway the 2 cons listed above and they are set up better on this browser than on others. Highly recommended browser! read more

"Fast, Neat and more features."
Pros: So far its nice and very easy to use. I don't belive its based on IE because of its features. :) Hope everyone will give it a try rather to more popular browsers out there. Its doesn't consume more memory usage too.
Cons: None os as now.

Version: The World Browser 2.4.0.5
"Great little browser and fast also."
Pros: Doesn't take up much room. Works well without any problems. Has a mute feature on the front in case you go to a page and some music blares out ; just hit the button.
Cons: Could use a few more skins but I don't change them very often anyway.
Summary: I like the tab preview and the zoom feature; most of the other things I have covered above . Download works good also. read more

"Great Browser, one of the best i've found"
Pros: This browser is a great browser for being an IE engine!! Very customizable, great speed and gerat skins! I like the fact that it is so very customizable and easy to use!! They are working on a 3.0 version,thats very nice so far!! Can't wait for it !!
Cons: None at this point!! To good!!
