Version: The Ultimate Troubleshooter 4.45
"Good Program That Made A Difference"
Pros: the program helped gave me a better idea of what is slowing down my PC. It has a good useful cleaning tool that cleaned many files that are not important. I did feel a small improvement in my comptuers general performance. I would recommend this program to those who find there comptuer is slowing down ( even though it is not because of malicous software or low system hardware )and are not sure what is causing it to slow down.
Cons: despite the programs helps , i did find it a bit confusing to navigate. It took me some time to find the different tabs . Its cleaning tool is annoying , each time you clean your computer you have to check about 20 boxes. and there is no way to check all of them at the same time. I could not solve some of its "not ok" services. It was not clear what the program wanted me to do . weather to disable and service or enable it , the program did not make things like this clear to the user.

Responding to the Cleaning Tool complaint. This checklist is all about protecting you the user. All cleaning tools go through the entire disk system - if you have a 7-year old hard disk, such an old hard disk may be a hard disk that is just waiting for a little harder work than normal to say "Goodbye". This is why we have a checklist item asking you the age of your hard disks. Similarly, if you have not run a Scandisk for some time, and you have a hard disk that has started to become unreliable, running a cleanup without first running a Scandisk could create serious problems as your hard disk may currently be in a state where there are bad blocks, or incorrect file handles, which a Scandisk would correct. This is why the Checklist asks you to first run a Scandisk. It is all about protecting you the end-user.
Responding to the NOT OK complaint : we find this complaint strange as our users normally praise us about our clarity.
