Version: The Ultimate Troubleshooter 4.88
Pros: Works well when up to date provides good information on the programs in the startup file and tsks and services
Cons: Their online process for retrieving the key doesn't work and my 15 e-mails to their support people have all gone unanswered.

"No customer support whatsoever---Terrible! Do NOT buy!"
Pros: This product works well, until you run into a problem which can't be solved on their automated website, then you're out of luck since they won't answer their emails requesting support for their product.
Cons: I have tried for over a month now to get someone to respond to my emails asking for help. I have received no response whatsoever. The only option for help is through email, no other support is available, no number to call, nothing.
Summary: Absolutely the worst customer service ever, as in, nonexistent. I will never purchase this product again, and I'm sorry I did already, since I can't even ask for a refund for a product that is not working. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. read more

"Gives a lot of useful information"
Pros: Facilitates disabling Start Up Programs.
Useful to know programs in use.
Housekeeping is excellent service.
Easy to understand and use.Cons: Unfortunate that TUT does not have information about some programs.
Summary: TUT helps to keep my computer functionning satisfactorily; When it takes extra time to start up TUT generally shows why quickly. read more
