"Uncomplicated and thorough use of product"
Pros: Ease of downloading, installation and updating. Using this product is efficient; therefore, creating a more secure feeling against internet threats.
Cons: The only situation I encountered was updating the PC Security Shield to Windows 7. But with the excellent assistance of Security Shield's techs, I had it updated.
Summary: In the past, I have used different security programs. PC Security Shield is the best when you want computer security along with ease of product usage. read more

"excellent support.on-line chat is fast and efficient"
Pros: product simply to use. No problem with virus scan
Cons: sometimes misses malware. Whatever failures the products I experienced the on-line Chat people got it right in the end.
Summary: Good preformer, light, small footprint. Updates comprehensive and complete. Other services include ;Basic Url block, clean up grabages, and user-defined process url blocking (good). A deserving product for the price you pay. I recommend it, after two... read more

Pros: Easy to install and use. Decent price.
Cons: It's disappeared twice on two different notebooks following registry cleaning and defragmentation along with usual weekly system maintenance; nothing else did. Had to buy it again prior to our initial year's termination because the key codes failed.
Summary: The next time it disappears then we'll switch over to a new program. It was a good program in its heyday over a year ago but it's since lost its luster. Oh well, that's generally the way it works nowadays; too bad. read more

"Excellent product, excellent support."
Pros: Easy to use. Scans run in the background while you use the computer. Can load onto three different computers.
Cons: Scans take a long time, but, since you can keep using the computer, not a big deal.
Summary: I have used The Shield for almost a year and have no complaints. It scans for a variety of issues, and reminds you if you haven't run a specific scan for awhile. Updates are downloaded automatically on your schedule. Customer support is fantastic.... read more
