"this software is scam"

Garbage..I tried this for a yearwith 2 years subscription..what I got..malwares, viruses and slower computer

I paid 2 years to subscribe to this garbage..What I got tons of malwares,viruses and my laptop with window vista DOS is not updating..I called their customer service..and my problem got worse..first they cannot fixed the problem of their software and their Technecian persuade me to clean my computer again, for $200 because my laptop got viruses..I asked them, a year ago they charge me $200 to clean my computer and assured me that my computer is super clean and without viruses + 2 years of subscription.I seldom used this computer because I got another laptop that I used everyday.After a year I sensed that my laptop is getting slower..I got ripped off by this Garbage..what I did,I get rid of this garbage and download a Free Edition of ATV as per my daughter recommendation..it solve my problem, and I spent not a single cent..

Keeps blocking my Cisco VPN even when antivirus is disabled. Tech support folks stink and are clueless!
Summary
I would not buy this software again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I routinely connect to other computers via a Cisco VPN. One day the VPN just stopped working. I tried turnig antivirus and other features with no luck. After a great deal of diagnostics I uninstalled The Sheild Deluxe and the Cisco VPN worked great! I have since replaced The Shield Deluxe with NAV and I have no issues with Cisco VPN.

takes way too much of my time on the phone to maintain. then the tech support rep says "I fixed it" and sends a survey. I complete the survey with high marks - then later find a new (replacement) problem.
Summary
I bought for 5 computers - have lots of experience with Shield Delux. They don't fix problems, try to convince you the computer is at fault (even tried this on a brand new computer!) and then try to sell additional support ($10 per computer per year) to make your computer run right - what a scam!

Very powerful antivirus based on Kaspersky, but faster and easier to use. It detected the viruses not recognized by Norton, so I decided to buy this software. And I found 25% discount here: www.********.com/shield-deluxe.htm

NONE, IT DOESN'T SCAN AND WON'T CORRECT IT'S OWN ERRORS.

THEY WON'T FIX IT OR REFUND MY MONEY. A LOT OF GOOD IT DOES TO PAY FOR 18 MONTHS SERVICE WHEN I HAVE HAD IT FOR 6 MONTHS AND CAN'T GET IT TO WORK AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT CORRECTING THE PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEY DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX IT.
Summary
DON'T NEED 5000 CHARACTERS FOR THAT, THE PROGRAM IS A TOTAL LIE WITH NO BACKUP FROM THE COMPANY. IT FLAT DOES NOT WORK. THE PRODUCERS OF THIS PROGRAM SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD FOR SELLING SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK. MAYBE PEOPLE SHOULD CONTACT THEIR ATTORNEY GENERAL TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR FRAUD.

Fine print tricks you into agreeing to perpetual automatic renewal. Then, even when you expressly cancel the account, they keep on trying to take money out of your bank account.
Summary
Never buy anything from this company. Their products work fine (because they were built by competent people elsewhere), but the whole operation has become a financial fraud scam.

A computer technician found 4-viruses and 9 trojans even though this was installed on my pc, and configured for optimum protection. It's why I needed a tech in the first place!

Avoid this program simply because it fails to deliver on what it says it will do.

Basically i cant tell whether this product is safe or not because its on cnet but i went to numerous websites that called themselves this product and they all contained malicious scripts. it also looks exactly like this product so this my be a rogue itself.

I't won't scan, there support sux I won't my money back . I wish I had never bought this product. They act like a service about to go under.
