  "not able to delete"

  have not had program for two years

  Cons

  I need to be able to delete this program from my old computer and have not been able to. No where is there somewhere I can find to contact the company.

  Summary

  I have not had the program for two years and want to delete it from my old laptop but I have not been able to complete the process it stops and will not allow me to continue to remove the program. I need someone to assist me in getting this program off my computer. I hope this is the method to get someone to assist me.
