Syncs my most important data from my WinMo phone to my computer

Minor issues that I expect to be fixed with next free update
Summary
Considering that Missing sync costs half of what I pay to fill up my vehicle, to have my most important data and files, music and photos, synched, backed up and easily accessible every day of the year is worth the $40.

After years of experience: not reliable.
Summary
Over the course of a few years I have used this software and upgraded to the later versions as well. I have found it not very reliable, to the point of frustration and data loss. I consider myself a smart user, since I've been with computers from childhood and I'm a programmer too. Sync and Go might turn out Sync and Lose for you.

I sync on two machines a mac and windows. It seems to duplicate things alot.....I have to frequently go and clean up. But I am not sure what the alternative is.

Summary
I was told that syncing with my Windows mobile (on HTC Touch Pro) to Entourage would be seamless. I have been trying everything for the past 3 days. I finally got Calendar, Tasks and Notes to synchronize, though I really don't know what I did to make them work. Contacts still don't synchronique.
Whereas chat facility is available quickly to get you to buy the product, I am still waiting for technical support. :-(( -
