    "GOOD BUT NOT GREAT..."

    Pros

    The Gimp is quite similar to Photoshop (and ohters graphics software) There's a lot of function useful to edit photos and images, it's fast & free...

    Cons

    ...but it's not easy to understand the floating-panel-interface (just like Photoshop...), especially for a non-pro user like me. I had some crash on my PC, after the first installation. If you want to make some simple effect in photos and images...go for another software!

    What is worng with floting panels Non-pro users can under satand and meak great picktures too. I Was a tolal noob wen i started too use gimp i came in to it fast. But offcurse its not recomended for 6 year olds. :)
