Version: The Extractor 1.4.1
"Very nice tool!"
Pros: After I figured out how to use this product it performed excellent. I could not get 'The Extractor' to extract files to my Windows subdirectory, but I managed to work around this glitch.....this could've been something I did wrong.
Cons: The help file is not real intuitive in explaining the different options available in the lower part of the panel, and I stumbled around for quite awhile trying to figure out what the output preferences actually were.
Summary: This product does what it intends to do, extract files. I would add more verbiage to the help section for people like myself who aren't the best at trying to figure things out without adequate instructions. But then, I'm a technical writer so maybe I am just being too critical of products that I feel do not having adequate documentation.....my apologies to the author.....8^)
