Only intermittently sends screen captures and keyloggs most of the time does not work.
Send emails for support after problem was discovered and no response from vendor.

Dont buy this program look for something more expensive and test test test before you buy. This program is simple cheap and terrible. Dont expect any support because it seems like it is a con job.

Program sucks! Runs Task Manager as a HUGE program and cannot be hidden. Won't autostart and randomly quits. Easily seen by Spybot. Folders aren't "hidden", logs are in plain text. Took money and wouldn't respond to my questions or request for a refund.

Does screenshots and keystroke logging good.

Processes, CopyPast did not work for me. I enable them, but the log was always empty. WebSite logging works from time to time. This program is visible in Task Manager. I doubt it can be 'Best keylogger'.
Summary
This is the second keyloogger I tried today. None of them log 'Windows Login' password that is very important for me. As to this 'Best' keylogger, many functions did not work at all. I would call this keylogger 'Best among that where features do not work'.
