Textflo

Textflo is an application can filter or format text-based content. It also includes document organizer and search capabilities and termed a text management system. The management capabilities are advanced and can be used to organize or even schedule, your local or online documents. Navigate large number of documents stored on your computer and online links. The product consists of three main panels and two additional application forms. Two of the panels can filter or format the text, while the third panel can perform a limited amount of analysis over the text. Features include e-structure or remove text based on sequences of filtering options, re-format text using standard operations, selection of specific areas of text to be reformatted separately from the whole document, create ordered lists of words from text documents, save a filter or format procedure as a stored filter procedure, limited amount of conversion from XML-based files to text-based and back again, extract the text content of PDF or HTML files, number of search operations including wildcards, grid to allow the processing the text at an individual row, column, or cell level, analysis options to allow some level of analysis or data mining over the text, and document organizer to organize or group your documents into categories.
