From OpenDoors Software:

TextCalc is a calculator that evaluates a string expression such as "1+1" or "1+(3^2*4*-1). It follows order of operation, and supports trigonometric functions such as sin( and cos(. TextCalc uses mmcalc as an engine. mmcalc is released under the GPL and is open-source.

Known Bugs: You can't have spaces in the expression.
