"It caused a disaster"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
The pause button. (But why you need to pause in the first place? Have you ever pause when you copy files?)
The speed is increased a little bit.Cons
The speed is only increased a little bit.
Add to system overhead.
Most importantly:
IT SPOIL THE FILE SYSTEM OF MY EXTERNAL HARD-DRIVE. NEED TO RECOVER FILES AND FORMAT MY EXTERNAL HARD-DRIVE. ALMOST LOST MY DATA.
Before, I saw someone posted about this software will spoil file system, and should not use it if you files are important to you. I didn't quite convinced but then it happened to me.Summary
Don't use it.

"Neat and very useful utility program"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
does seem to speed up file transfer between two hard drives.
useful to be able to pause the file copy process.
Very useful error recovery feature, does not abort the entire copy process when finding a copy error. Test copy feature useful.Cons
Nome that are obvious
Summary
better than some expensive copy programs, all in all a very good utility.
-

"Free & Easy"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
Move files easily in Windows 7, instead of copy, paste, then delete.
Cons
Had to manually delete files on the USB drive that I was moving from, which is minor. This isn't something that should bother users.
Summary
Easy & FREE. Love it overall.
-
"Slow no faster than Windows cut/paste"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
Easy to use and free, has a pause.
Cons
Slow as I already said, no reason to add to my system overhead.
Summary
Other than pause the only advantage of not using Windows built in tools would be speed and this app was no better than Windows own built in transfer tools so uninstalled after two days.
-
"File copy so fast, before one could bat an eye :-) !!!"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
The program copies Gigas of files faster in tens times than usual Windows copy.
Cons
Sometimes, the program can't copy 1 file from thousands of the transferred files and this 1 file remains on the previous place.
Summary
Magic Copy Program!
-
"excellent!"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
It retains folder dates! Very useful when copying a large amount of stuff from one drive to another, so that all the new folders keep the original dates instead of being today's date. Only very few programs seem to have that ability.
Cons
Slightly messy interface when it comes to setting options, or to turn it on or off. (Normally it takes over for all Copy operations, but one can also set it up as just one option in the right click menu for files in Explorer.)
-
"Excellent choice for copy files"
Version: TeraCopy 2.27
Pros
Freeware, easy to use, very useful.
Cons
no cons. no problems.
Summary
I recommend. Trustful freeware.
