This version claims "Fixed a bug in the installer causing the toolbar to be installed when the option was unchecked." Also, the "no-tool-bar" portable zip file is still available. **EXCELLENT** temp-file cleaner utility.
Cons
I am very dubious of the ad-ware version. I understand the great need for revenue to support development, but the last version installed the ad-ware when I instructed it not to do so, and the ad-ware PROMPTLY installed trojans.
Summary
Excellent tool. Hopefully the installer bug is fixed. I recommend the "portable zip", not the one that is linked above. The ad-ware version I give a 1... the non-adware version a 5. I average those here out of respect for the author and the author's excellent work, even though the ad-ware version is the one linked above.

Worked fast, real fast, spooky fast maybe. Ran another cleaner to make certain it did its job as advertised--it did.
Cons
Installed and changed my default search engine to Bing. I do not remember seeing an op-out box to check. Ad-Aware refused to allow this to download claimed it was the Zuge trojan.

It works it seems and is blazing fast at its job. Just be aware there is an additional item it will install if not careful.

I've been using Temp File Cleaner for quite long now. Any time I used it I had a flawless experience with it and it cleaned everything I needed.
I would definitely recommend it.
