  "Great Program"

  Pros

  The fact that it works on so many platforms and that it is so easy to set up. These are definitely the best part of teamviewer

  Cons

  I guess the fact that its not the most secure thing and some people are complaining that if you upgrade then things start going wrong.

  Summary

  I would definitely recommend this and I do personally use it, although I do not know the level of security it has. I also use hushtunnel ( http://www.hushtunnel.com ) as a paid service and know that it uses SSH - and that also is a VPN service that also does VNC. I just feel that something like hushtunnel is more secure.
