    "The absolute BEST remote connection tool on the market!"

    Pros

    - Very easy to install
    - Very fast connection
    - Very easy to train
    - Very inexpensive
    - Connects to Active Directory
    - Makes IT life soooo much easier

    Cons

    - Irritating that not everyone in the world is using it

    Summary

    If your company has more than one computer, you NEED TeamViewer! Try it for a few days...you will NEVER go back to whatever it is you use now.
