    "Great software for remote support!"

    Pros

    easy to install & compatible with all the platforms our family uses. (XP, Vista & W7) I am able to fully support my parents in florida from anywhere in the world!

    Cons

    screen image is not 100% clear or full resolution as compaired with logmein
