    "I love this product. Easy Mac support to older parent."

    Pros

    So easy for the remoted machine user..in my case my elderly parent. I was able to seamlessly connect to them and help them through issues as well as just instruct them over the phone by showing them how tasks are done while 300 miles away.

    Thanks so much for this product. It rocks!

    Cons

    None whatsoever..to simple.. and it WORKS.
