"Great for remote control"

Pros
My mom is constantly asking me to come look at her computer, but I am about to be moving a few hundred miles away so I won't be able to just jump in the car and come over so I checked this out and it works great to work on her computer from afar.
Cons
None I can think of
Summary
If you have a family member that needs some help on their computer but you are unable to just stop by and do it then this will help you tremendously.

Quick to connect. Easy to instruct novices to give you access. Verifies end user has given you access to connect to their computer.
Cons
Default resolution could be slightly higher, but I realize that would be at a price of bandwidth and response times.
Summary
Very good product for that occasional connect to a friend in need. Not as robust as some paid for products, but still holds its own ground.

if you need to work on someones computer this is the program, i can work on a friends computer in a different state probably could in a different country also but i haven't tried yet, beats talking to someone in Pakistan,
