"There is a limitation to it."
Pros: You only can use the remote access for 5 minute. You can go to the site that made that product and get a free license key to expand the time for the total of 20 minutes and use all the function of it by telling 7 people you know that will enjoy using the software. (of course you can lie and give an invalid email address and name.)
Cons: You only can use it for a short amount of time. After you use it you have to wait one complete day to use it again.

"My favorite remote desktop control software"
Pros: This software is easy to setup and works well (almost real time with good picture quality). It's also free for personal use!
Cons: I don't like having to remember access numbers assigned to both computers. Fortunately, the program stores the numbers, so you don't have to retype them, at least for the most part.

"Works when nothing else will"
Pros: Wen nothing else will connect me to my friends at other colleges, this one seems to get through everytime. It's Great!
Cons: Time is limited

Pros: Its too short. 5 minutes to access. This software is really recommended for high speed user because once you use it for 5 minutes you have to wait one full complete day to use it again.

"OUTSTANDING Product AND FREE"
Pros: It is so easy to use and install. All you do is download a VERY small program (your contact does the same) and enter in the ID and Password of the contact. THATS IT!!! in seconds you see the contacts screen, can help with their computer problems and even download programs from the internet onto their computer. I helped my sister (who is computer illeterate) with her problems, changed her settings, dowmloaded some cleaning problems and increased her CPU performance by 30%. I STRONGLY recommend this software!!
Cons: NOTHING!!! I am always scared about downloading free programs from the internet but this one is excellent!! :)
