Small in size
You need to manually kill processes. That can be done in a better way by Task Manager (that is available in Windows by default)
Kills anything so far that I could kill hitting the "X".
Loaded this just to kill Opera when it hung which is daily. Couldn't kill nor could it kill Firefox when it hung.
May be good for some users but my sole purpose was to kill hung browsers which it could not.
Looks like a great program for an expert to use on what to kill for running processes but not a beginner.
If you have no clue on what processes to kill, your screwed. You fool around killing whatever processes and you kill the wrong one, your computer shuts down and restarts., I've done that couple times. ;p
No need to install
Doesn't do what I expected it to do
Doesn't do what I expected it to do, it didn't manage to kill the processes the task manager wasn't able to kill.
I tried to end firefox.exe when it froze. The task could not be killed with this program. Same thing with other frozen tasks. Boo!
Kills on demand. Simple one window interface. No install required. Tiny download. Perfect if you hate waiting for an app, prog or process to shut down or if it doesn't respond anymore. Free software. An example of what apps should be like.
None. At all. I mean that.
Simply kills executables without the agonizing necessity for PID numbers like they have on unix. Using it from the GUI may bring nothing new, but killing from the commandline prompt is very very useful when using it in codes. It's simple to use and small. Great program!
NO CONS, I was looking for this simple missing link without having to ask for PID numbers and so on, useful for automizing tasks.
Well it certainly does end processes quickly. That's its function so it works.
Well...I am not a programmer or analyzer...so it would be nice if the program could have TOLD ME which processes were safe to abort. I was picking and choosin and probably caused myself a few extra problem. Not the programs fault.
