Simple interface, easy setup. FYI, on my machine it takes a little more than 5 MB of RAM while running

Use something like Xneat if you want more features (but if you just want to be able to shuffle things in your taskbar, this is all you need).

I hoped I could choose my Taskbar groupings
but could not. I find (in general) that
Taskbar freeware crashes XP often ...
