Pros
Can use custom port SMTP when sending an e-mail. Can do FTP backups or local backups of files. Can send an e-mail notification for a wide range of choosable reasons. Very stable. GUI. Author website has forum to support app. Good custom scheduling. Can customize which sound to play when a task completes or fails. Shorcut keys are customizeable. Can search the web through taskbar icon. Cheap!
Cons
Does not run as a service. Requires .Net. Cannot customize e-mail that is sent when a task completes or fails.
