From Softpointer :Tag&Rename is a file-management utility for Windows 95/98/NT designed for modifying tag information of MP3 and VQF (Yamaha's Sound VQ format) music files. With Tag&Rename, you can quickly and easily rename your music collection using the embedded tag data within MP3 and VQF files. You can also write new or edit existing tag information.
With this version, you can convert ID3v1 tags to ID3v2 with one click and stop the folder scanning function. The 'Edit file name' window now shows length of new file name, and other minor fixes have been added.
