"Not bad but a little bit buggy and horrendous support"

Easy to use. Tons of options

The basic functionality works, but once you try to take advantage of all the available options you will notice that many of them don't work properly.
Summary
Support is incredibly slow and most of the time they don't even answer. Even if they are aware of the problems they don't care too much in fixing it.
Unless you use this for your personal use I think it's very risky to use this component for a business. If one of your customers has a problem you depend exclusively on TVideograbber and they probably won't fix that problem because they don't care how important it can be for you.
