Version: TVU Player 1.5.12 beta
"A decent program for watching shared live TV streams..."
Pros: Its free.
It has some good TV channels like HBO and ESPN, not that junk like CSpan or NASA which is in all of those stupid junko internet tv programs.
Video quality is very good (320x240).
Not much rebuffering required after you fully buffer the stream.
Streams are live, and are only 15-20 seconds behind the actual broadcast on TV (I tested this with ESPN)
Cons: The GUI is fair and not very customizable...let alone the main window preventing resizing.
Streams take a lot of time to load.
Limited number of channels (around 15 or so), most of which are Chinese.
No options for customization in the program whatsoever.

Its a nice programs but there is just no level of customization, and the number of channels is limited. Im sure it was a good software for the World Cup since the soccer games were on ESPN, but other than that I dont see an overwhelming value for this software.

Pros: good sport channels to watch from and also nice interface. I liked the idea....
Cons: BUT it is quite slow when its buffering compared to others and also quality could of been better. In my words, it was just an allright program.

"Free (Selected) Cable Channels"
Pros: This thing streams live video feeds from channels like ESPN, ESPN Sports, CNN, etc... Its Free!
Cons: Quality is a bit spotty but still visible and as it is P2P you have to open your ports.

Pros: well I dont think there was just only one channel that work
Cons: all the channels are cheap quality and most of them u wont see nothing even if u have a high speed connection it is cheap quality and needs more channels
