From TSW :TSW WebCoder 5.0 suits each individual's needs and style when it comes to working with Web sites. The program allows you to organize your files in projects and to upload single pages or whole projects to FTP through the built-in FTP client. You will get all the help you need to write code, as WebCoder contains libraries with HTML, CSS, JS, VBS, PERL, and PHP tags; an AutoProposal function that will suggest HTML tags, attributes, and values; and AutoComplete, which keeps you from wasting time writing end tags. You get help for keeping your code nice and clean from the HTML Tidy support and online validation through W3.org. Also, if you like using style sheets (CSS), WebCoder 5.0 has many CSS features, including CSS Inspector and the CSS overview. You really don't need an external CSS editor. WebCoder even features built-in scripting, which allows you to write functions for the program yourself or to download others and extend the way it's used.

"The Best Editor In 10 Years!"
Pros: I am using the new WebCoder Beta 4, while version 6 will no longer be freeware, it is still the best editor available, I am ready to uninstall HomeSite!
Cons: Haven't found any yet!

"Free isn't free unless it's free!"
Pros: Seems like a nice programme with all the necesary coding abilities. Didn't try it though, as it can't be used to even code a small-business information homepage without paying for it.
Cons: This application is free for private use only. I suggest they inform of that before they make people install the application.
