  INSTRUCTIONS NOT EASY TO FOLLOW IN EMAIL PART..
  COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK.. EMAILED SUPPORT AND
  GOT NOW RESPONCE..

  Cons

  ON COMPUTER I WAS MONITORING SHOWED ALL MY USER NAMES & PASSWORDS...BUT NOT THE PERSON I WAS MONITORING...
  DID SOW ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS...NICE FEATURE..

  Regarding SSPro's email log feature please note that setting up email enabled programs such as SSPro can sometimes be tricky due to a number of factors involved including third-party security related software/firewalls and ISP restrictions, etc. If you email our support department we can send you a number of tips that may aid you in this regard as well as address any other questions you may have.
