Bought this last month to monitor our 14 year old's laptop. Overall, very satisfied with what it can do. Took a little bit of time to get the antivirus to allow the monitoring but after that no issues. Also, We use Webroot which was turning keystrokes into odd numbers until we figured that out and turned off the antikeylogger option. Emailed support for more information on log sending information and was impressed with their responsiveness, thought others should know.
Cons
Does not work on iPad. Need product for the iPad too.
Summary
We used trial for 4 days and then purchased. Very pleased with it and support.

EVERYTHING I WANTED PLUS SOME.. COULDN'T OF ASKED FOR A BETTER PROGRAM... YOU CAN EVEN HIDE THE PROGRAM/RENAME IT. SEND ITEMS TO UR PHONE OR STORE ON COMP TO CHECK FOR LATER. 5 STAR IN MY BOOK!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :)

In my experience make sure you do not use a quick launch, create a password (a very strong one), and set your snap shots to an extremely high setting (mine is at 7000000) so you never run out of space but make sure you go thru it and clean it up from time to time and save w/e items you specifically need (that's for you ladies watching your men lol) and set it to snap shot every 45 seconds :) works great!! i have some master typers in my home and nothing gets past me!!! lol :) ENJOY.. I KNOW I AM!!!

Easy to setup and start monitoring; captures every keystroke, alerted when certain keywords used; screenshots easy to see and navigate through, very pleased with product.
Cons
Having difficulty getting smtp mail to work but am able to view activity through monitoring log on the machine.

I tried some free keyloggers, got viruses, and even tried to use web watcher's free trial but could never get it to run and then got a trojan virus after I tried to redownload web watcher's software. Found web water pricy at $100, and after frustration in being unable to get trial version even started, moved on to SSPro and I am VERY pleased. Easy to install, trial period was enough to monitor activity and capture data, and the price is half that of web watcher. Plus with SSPro I get to cover two machines for one license. Very pleased and would recommend any parent who wants to monitor children's PC and internet activity to purchase this product.

It's very easy to install and simple to use. It captures every word and sites visited, it also takes snapshot of the pages. It's concealed so well, that only you would know it's there and how to open it.
Cons
None...it does everything I need.

I tested a few of these monitoring software and I find that SSPRO is the best.
