I liked the very detailed results on a lot of system issues, but contrary to giselamb, I didn't take the risk to run most of the proposed "repairs", because I was not sure of what was exactly going on, even as a (retired) IT person who definitely doesn't read Chinese.. But I'll follow AVKiller's advice about running it regularly and compare the subsequent logs.
I believe this software would really deserve its five stars if there were proper help files (for us Caucasians) or a bit more explanations about he modules and/or proposed fixes. For example, I was proposed to "fix" a series of standard file associations that seem to work perfectly on my system.
And, you cnet guys, there is a new version: 2.8.2.1321 ("Date Published: Feb. 9, 2010" ;-) -

Pros
Invaluble software to restore damage done by viruses. Its free software.. If you ever get infected with Malware and use this software you will know how invaluable it is. Many spyware forums link to this software. Thus you get a lot of first time reviews.
Cons
Not for the total beginner. Takes some understanding of windows to know what to fix.

Pros
Very small, uncomplicated program. The scan was very quick, it gives a report and you click on "repair". Even a novice should be able to handle this. I also use CCleaner and I like it but it maybe a bit too much for newbies but this one here I can certainly recommend to anyone.

I was going to download and install this software, when I saw the reviews it seemed good, but then I went deeper to find out about the reviewers and it is so funny the 3 ones that gave this program 5 stars is their first review ever... What does that tell me? That they work for that company and/or are the developers. Maybe if there were no reviews I would have download it and installed it
Cons
What a Turn Off.... Companies like that don't let their products for success. Now, even if the program is great, I will not download it nor try it. If they try to cheat on a simple thing imagine how it will be on any other thing.
