"Solid program for any IT manager"
Pros: I like this program. Offers a lot of great features and is definately useful. I like the fact that it maps your network and offers remote assisstance to end users.
Cons: This program can sometimes be confusing, but the FAQ is really godd and the tech support is especially helpful.

"Good For Corporate, Not So Good for Home!"
Pros: Provides heaps of features for Network Administrators and users. Capible of retrieving system info about computers on your network. All this is a great deal for the best price of all, $0.
Cons: Quite complex to install and run when running on PC that does not play host to a local network mail server. Only recommended for experienced computer and server experience/s.

"Incredible Product in its class"
Pros: Having tried a few alternative products whilst analysing Helpdesk & Support scenarios for a college setup, I personally found SysAid easy to setup maintain and was also very low on system resources, which was a problem with a few of the alternatives we tested.
It's not really for "home use" as it's suited to small to larger networks who's users require technical support, making it ideal for a college or small business. The free version supports up to 100 client workstations and up to two admin seats, so even the free version can handle a proper small commercial environment. There are also remote control facilities available, which some of the similarly ranged products don't incorporate, which I found very useful. Anyone familiar with UltraVNC will feel at home with the customised version built into the SysAid tools.
All in all an excellent product and the fact the free version gives so many features together with the email support they provided (they kept checking to see how we were progressing or had any problems) is a real credit to Ilient.
Cons: I personally preferred the way that one of the alternative Help Desk solutions (AdventNet's ServiceDesk Plus 5) implemented the FAQ creation, but SysAid also included their own version of it to enable this facility. ServiceDesk Plus 5 unfortunately was not as resource friendly on our setup as SysAid, but was very polished looking plus had some excellent features too. For us, it was a choice between the two due to pricing and seamless system integration - with SysAid winning out.

Pros: A very friendly software
Cons: May be a bit old-fashion UI, but I think they are working on that
