Pros
I used to to sync between Outlook Express on XP and Windows Mail on Vista. It worked perfectly.
Cons
None that I can see so far.
Summary
In the past I have simply copied the whole OE directory over to my notebook when I would go on travel. Then copy it back when I got back. Well, if you happen to send out a few emails from your desktop after you get back before you copy the notebook back, you loose whatever you send out because the sent folder is replaced. This software melds the folders on both machines and keeps mail from both sent boxes.
I have no doubt that this would work fine between two XP machines with outlook express.
But in my case, I also just upgraded to Vista and the email is not OE, but Windows Mail. This software worked perfectly under this scenario.
