Added support for copying file and folders which contain Unicode characters from multiple character sets. This is easily noticed when displaying Japanese file and folder names
Fixed problems in "Copy Folders and Don't Copy Folders"
Fixed a problem with "Don't copy files...". Files should now be correctly included in the sync if they don't meet the "don't copy" criteria
