    "Red alert about 2brightsparks - scam company?"

    Pros

    - lof of options
    - do his job and not too much softs do that

    Cons

    - worst customer service I saw in 12 years
    - lot of worries about security of soft : 2brightsparks does it know password of your server?
    - lot of worries about security when you try to buy the soft...

    Summary

    I used SyncBack Pro during 30 days as trial without issue. Then I decided to bought it but the problem began there... I used my Paypal account like usual when I buy something online. Something weird I never see before, the service ask to connect to your paypal first in order to grab your email, then it come back to original site with all your infos, then you need to submit order again. Weird! Why this system need to do that, something smells very bad there. Is the system sucks all infos of your paypal account? I don't have the answer, but definitevely it's not a "classic" system of paypal payment used there and we should worry about that.

    Then the payment was not success. They told me I have to contact paypal because it must be issue with them. What? I use Paypal almost everyday since maybe 2006 to receive or send payment without problem. Then I try to use my second account Paypal (one is pro, one is perso) but still doesn't work... They told me "Your information has been forwarded to our review department. A Customer Care Specialist will be contacting you within 2-3 business days as to how we can proceed with your issue.". I told them to give me their paypal email to pay them directly, no answer about that. It was the 1st april 2012.

    On 6 th april still no answer. I send another email, answer was: "Unfortunately, we have not reached a resolution yet from our review department. We have updated your request and please allow 3 business days more." I answered again to just send my a paypal email and will send a payment to solve the issue. They answer : "This error could be the result of attempting several orders that fail, which would cause our credit system to detect possible fraudulent credit card use and then place a block against the credit card.". What? Which credit card they talk about? I'm using Paypal...

    11th April : Lot of emails sent with same copy paste from them speaking about credit card when I'm using Paypal. The most funny sentence "Your concern has been escalated to our higher department and is set to priority. A customer care specialist will contact you with in 24-72 hours." High priority after 10 days? Wow, what is low priority in this case I wonder...

    12 april : Lot of emails with same silly answers talking about credit card, high priority, get back to me in 72hours / 2 or 3 days.

    Today 17 april 2012 : you guess, no news of course.

    So what is the point of this service?

    1. It's obvious it's the worst internet customer service I saw in 12 years in Internet business.
    2. why this system with connection to Paypal to grab your info? Do they grab your password also? According what's happen, I could ask the question...
    3. Why always sending email about credit card when we use paypal? It looks like this service NEED you give it your precious 16 numbers. Why a service absolutely want your 16 credit card number and not Paypal? Hey guys, I let you guess...
