"nice sync solution!"

The cool thing that i found about this software is that you can set up your sync profile initially with your custom settings and after that it does it all for you! no need to worry about anything, it's all taken care of for you automatically!
Cons
it's a great way of synchronizing, nothing bad to say. Try it yourself to see, don't jsut take my word for it :)

I bought this program mostly because I can use it to synchronize with Google calendar! it has a lot of various options for synchronizing and scheduling sync, but i use it mostly for google calendar since i want to be able to have it on my mobile. it's quite easy to use and so far i had no problems with it at all :)
Cons
price was a bit high, but you can get some discounts for it as well :)

"Product OK, Customer Service HORRIBLE!"

It does what it says, and syncs Outlook calendar and contacts with Gmail account.
Cons
Customer service is non-existent. I missed an email offering a free update to the software within the first year, and tried to update 5 days late. Contacted them, saying I goofed, and would they please waive the one-year thing. All I ever got was boilerplate saying that I had to give them more money. Arrgggg! I HATE bad customer service!
Summary
I'll be using Google's calendar sync feature to keep Outlook and my Android up-to-date with each other, and some other software such as http://googlesyncmod.sourceforge.net/ to sync my contacts.

Pros
I need to have my Android Razr show the same calendar and address book as Outlook on my laptop. Simple! Well not so, until Sync 2. It has worked flawlessly for 2 weeks now. I have version 2.20.1312
Cons
There was a problem with the initial install, but their support took care of that very quickly and stayed with me to demonstrate that the fix worked.

I sync Outlook with Google and it works great. it now has one way sync feature with Google which is very convenient.

I was not able to find any cons during all time of usage.

"Terrible product. Created thousands of duplicates."

Installed easily.
Cons
Terrible, ridiculous problems. Program stopped working constantly. Would not reconnect to my wife's computer to synch contacts when I restarted my laptop. Created thousands(!) of duplicate contacts. No telephonic tech support to help fix problem. Person on phone at 4Team was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I called. Was told by 4Team person that program really ony synchs with an empty folder (i.e., copies content from one folder to a blank one. Does not really synch two folders that both have content without creating multitudes of duplicates.) Crummy product. Terrible people. Clearly a terrible company.

This application is a license for 1 year. After one year, if it breaks you will be required to re-purchase the application.
Summary
My PC hard drive took a crash. During the re-installation I had to contact Sync2 so I can re-load it. Sync2 would not reset the key because my 1 year support has expired. They would only help me if I re-registered the application (buy it again), then I can re-install it. I found a "BETTER APPLICATION" that works "BETTER". The new application I now use is codetwo.com has more features, does not break and great support.
