  Pros

  I've searched for a program to automatically compare and assess directories for years - and this ended the search. So simple you'll be up and running as soon as you download and install it.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about - it's small, fast, accurate and easy to use.

  Summary

  Try it, buy it. You'll save hours and sleep better when you are sure you've got all the latest files in the directories you expect them. And it's CHEAP!
