Added refunctionalizations of catalog compounds to the reactions used in SynGen.
Added the reaction, "Available from catalog", to SynGen's arsenal. If a compound or something similar is in the starting material catalog, there will be a route which consists of buying the compound. This allows you to easily see if SynGen suggests a route which may be cheaper than buying the target
Extended functionality of double-clicking a bondset in the Bondset display. Now, double-clicking an bondset will make that the only undeleted bondset. If bondset already is the only undeleted one, all the other bondsets will be undeleted
Found that bondset deletion flags aren't written to file when you save. They are now written to file
Found the flag indicating a reaction had no database precedent was never set. Fixed that. You will have to make you output files again to properly use the "No precedent found in reaction database" line of the Preferences dialog, but otherwise there's no need to change
Improved the way that a selected or active reaction is indicated in the route displays
Increased the frequency with which the program, during reaction generation, calculates how many routes it can make with the current set of reactions
