SynGen is a program for automatic organic synthesis generation. Its focus is on the generation of the shortest, most economic synthetic routes for a given target organic compound, and it is thus a useful tool for synthesis planning.

What's new in this version:

  • Added keyboard shortcut for access to the Preferences dialog
  • Added "Retain route" and "Print all retained routes" functionalities
  • Added (to Edit menu) commands for clearing all deletions and for clearing all retain markers
  • Added refunctionalizations of catalog compounds to the reactions used in SynGen.
