Summary
I am in 14th day after I paid for the product and not able to get the product key working. I described the problem in every detail and send them in no less than 5 times. There is no response. I demand that they give me a refund. I think I have waited long enough to allow resolution. I will not buy from this vendor again, and I suggest you make an investigation.

I paid for this software on Dec 4, reference 2383924. They sent me installation doc with product key. I followed it but not able to use. I sent them my procedures and asked for help. Regardless of repeated reminders, there is no help.
