Pros: This is a great concept, download on demand worked great for me. Great app, very quick, not like bulky converting apps out there, really nice
Cons: The download on demand is not good if your are offline, eg laptop

"That's a dedicated programmer's work! :)"
Pros: This program has everything! The UserInterface has been kept simple but functional. The encoding settings and last used directories are stored for the next session. The encoding procedure is fast and the quality very good (also depending on the encoder used). Thanks a lot!
Cons: You cannot choose the install directory, which mainly concerns the installer... :) That's all, I would critisize after having tested almost everything and every format

"Converts from/to many audio formats"
Pros: Batch convertion supported.
Simply drag-and-drop to initiate conversion.
Converts many files (in a given folder) at the same time even if they are of different types (MP3, wav, WMA, etc).
Initiate conversion by right-clicking supported audio files from anywhere on your PC
Can re-convert MP3 to another MP3 with a desired bitrate (to make smaller for example).
It is simple and easy to use.
It is FREE
Cons: Though it can convert from WMA, it doesn't convert to WMA.
There could be a mess during batch conversion for a file without any tag. It seems to use the tag from one of the files with tag for those without tags

"Easy to use but poor features."
Pros: Good tool. Really easy to use and work fastly.
Cons: Free but poor features. It doesn't let you cut, paste a part of song or burn your collection into CD.

"Audio conversions are only a click away"
Pros: The versatility in converting audio formats, I've used it to convert Real Audio files, which aren't accepted by iTunes or many software programs, into MP3 files. The fact that you can set it to whatever bitrate you prefer compliments this converter.
Cons: Unfortunately, setting an audio file to a 128 kbps bitrate or higher from a lower quality piece won't do much to improve the sound. Also, it won't convert video files; it will only handle the audio portion.
