I have not used the extra components offered with this program, but have been very happy with the speed of the Switch Audio converter. It's easy to use and one I recommend to friends who just want to put their music CDs on their computer, but are not "technically inclined". My only complaint is that sometimes you can load 6 or more files at once for converting, but other times, it will only convert one at a time. Not sure why, and since it works quickly and is free, it's still well worth using.

Pros
I have a .wav file of a family member who told us some family history and I wanted to preserve it for others. I tried 2 other free products and the sound of the new mp3 file was distorted on both. Sound was crackly and the bass sound was way over the top. This product was extremely fast and no distortion from the .wav and the mp3 converted file. Yea!
Cons
I have zero cons to list for this.
