  "Cannot register product - No response from support"

  Version: Swiff Chart 3.4

  Pros

  Good when it works.

  Cons

  Support does not respond to emails. Sent 2. Program was running fine and then asked me to register again. Went to register and keeps telling me registration failed. Copied all screen shots and sent to support asking for solution. No response.

  Summary

  Good project when it works. In the middle of a project and need to correct slides. Can no longer access the slides therefor have to redo total project using MS Excel Charts.
