Version: Sweepi 5.4
Pros: This cleaner has two cleaning modes, classic mode and clean up wizard mode. It can clean everything at one time just click quick clean. Or you can select different areas to clean, by checking the boxes you want to clean and using search now.
It can clean typed URLs, auto complete forms, run history, recent searches, cookies, temporary internet files, log files, temp files, recent documents, thumbnails, memory dumps, browser history, index .dat files, microsoft office, windows media player, and adobe flash player.
And it has extra tools to delete data securely, remove invalid shortcuts, optimize ram, and more. Has settings options to change language, mode selection, donation popup window, deletion type, registry backup, and exceptions.

"A thorough Cleaning/ removal tool."
Pros: It always detects junk. There are 2 levels of scanning. I prefer the cleanup wizard because its much quicker.
Cons: The Classic mode is very slow.

"excellent cleaner, it really sweeps out the crap ."
Pros: This cleaner really squeezes out all the hidden garbage in windows even the ones other cleaner can't do.

"Sweepers, Man Your Brooms - Sweepi works"
Pros: I downloaded to eliminate true junk and previously deleted files from some space conscious hard drives of less than 6 GB in computers donated to a Veterans Home.
Cons: As of now, I am not aware of a major dislike with this program. At least, I haven't tripped over one yet.

"I don't know what I did wrong"
Cons: After I ran it, I thought it was done. Next system boot- Sweepi is running in the "background" and taking up nearly 100% cpu usage. I open sweepi up and for some reason, everything is in German. Good thing you can uninstall it without anything going wrong.
