Gives useful stats about your usage, easy to install and it works on a Mac!!

The only thing I don't like is the inability to have the window open over other windows even when not the active app. Activity monitor and Itunes have this feature
Summary
I use Airport for my broadband connection and networking to my other Macs and a PC, it would be handy if the program could discriminate between internet traffic and network traffic. I've only used it for a week but so far it works unobtrusively in the background does not noticeably affect speed.
