This guy new exactly what he was talking about, as I found out. When you download the file it downloads with an extension of .zip, however, it is a .rar file, and thus as a .zip, clicking on it will come up with a blank windows in Winzip or Windows Explorer. You first have to rename it to it's proper extension of .rar to use it with winzip.
Therefore the guy knew what he was talking about, just didn't phrase it completely.
Rooted my Droid Bionic perfectly with, as the name suggests, one click. Absolutely flawless plus, and this is one of my favorite features, the option to remove the root (though I don't know why I'd want to, but an "undo" option is always appreciated).
The only across-the-board con is that there's no help file or even a readme. I realize it's not really necessary because you pretty much just hook up the phone and click a button, but I'm a little old school in that I do appreciate something to refer to if I do have a question. Otherwise, it's worth noting that it failed to root an older LG Optimus running Froyo that I keep as a tester device; then again, in all fairness, I didn't really expect it to work, since the phone already has a custom ROM for Cricket Wireless.

Ah, one important point to add: Use 7-Zip or some other WinZip alternative to unpack this file. For some reason, WinZip doesn't recognize this particular package. This is not true for other versions... I downloaded an earlier version just to check this and WinZip worked fine, but this package needs an alternate unpacker. Don't know why, but it doesn't really matter... alternative unpackers are free, readily available, and the program is well worth the few extra minutes it might take to download and install 7-Zip.
