Very odd way of doing business. Not easy to deal with the support people. What they tell you to do makes no sense.

Bought the premium version. Luckily got my money back from the vendor.
Cons
According to the producers web page this software is able to recognize and convert AVCHD video files. This is not true.
Support does not reply to mails. -

As this program did not run on my computer even after I downloaded all of the extra programs that it said it needed i can not pass any comment

Pros
Will convert any movie dvd to avi in a snap. I have IMTOO and others but use this one now. Most other more expensive programs present with all the files on a dvd that you can choose from to convert. A pain.
Cons
None. Except you can not vary quality. For the rare instances when I need higher quality (less compression) I use IMTOO. But this super easy program is great.

Overall Excellent. Some of the other reviewers should try updating their program. Mine really improved when I did so.

This has NOT done what I wanted.

Specifically bought for .WMA and .RA conversion but would not convert either!
Summary
I don't have any other current requirements so this may not get used for a while so not very good value for money. Also reported isues to SuperEasy Support but no reply - but Christmas has probably got in the way.
