Pros
On a quick scan, it found over 700 spyware/adware, which were mostly cookies. These same items were not dected in a full system scan by McAfee, Bullguard,STOPzilla. (The items were also not dected by a scan from Iobit's Advanced System Care.) Plus, this program is free too, so I won't be needing to spend money..
Cons
The only con is that it doesn't update atuomatically(unless you get the pro version).

I have had SuperAntiSpyware for several years and have found it both easy to use and very efficient. When I first got it and ran it this program found many items in my computer that the other programs I had on that computer had missed. The first computer I used it on had been running for a few years with other programs that we had scan it on a regular basis. Just a day or two before finding this program was the last time we ran another program and this one still found over 1,000 items that the other programs had left on our computer. Since then this is the only program I have downloaded or used for any of our computers. All of the safety for my computer that I want and need and it's FREE! Cannot ask for more than that.
Cons
The only problems I can think of was just getting used to it when I first downloaded it. Not a real problem though as it is easy to use, just a tad different than the others I've used.
Summary
A great program to use and it's free. I have told others about this as well and recommend it to anyone who uses a computer on-line at all.

Cleans up lots of spyware quickly and easily
Cons
Adds Google Chrome to your system and makes it your default browser without asking. It was a pain to have to go in and change all those settings to fix the Chrome issues. I lost the ability to click on links in emails. And it happens every time you update the software- keeps reinstalling Chrome.

Pros
I've been using it for about a year now and it usually finds 30 or more every scan. I was also using Malwarebytes before and even during using "bytes" first. Malwarebytes rarely found anything, so I uninstalled it.
Cons
The daily manual updates only take a minute and are a bit annoying as the other user stated, but the reasonable price to pay is worth the satisfaction it works.
