Eye-pleasing graphics and good idea for a universal all-in-one media converter
Cons
Trail limitation: can't convert files in batch; audio cut to 1 minute max. Video output wasn't cut but show "Unregistered Version" in upper left corner.
Free alternative for audio conversion would be "JetAudio" in conjunction with "Jodix Free WMA to MP3 Converter."
Room for improvement would be the preview function: it would nice to be able to preview within the program and only preview the part to be extracted instead of the whole file to be converted.

I have never been able to use this software alone to complete one project. It either does a partial function that I have to use other software to finish. Or it does nothing at all. The biggest problem with "MySuperSoft" company is their language barrier and ignorance toward customer service. PLEASE read the other reviews. You will NEVER get customer service. They take forever to respond, IF they respond, and know they are wrong, but -- I swear to God! - tell you to "go to hell"... this after telling them their conversion from trial to purchase is near impossible. License keys not working. And they expect you to keep you order number forever. My last series of emails telling them it is impossible to upgrade, I was harassed, FOR OVER A MONTH, and ultimately they will BLOCK your email account! I kid you not, they will rip you off, DEACTIVATE your codes for function, and will never refund anything. A complete FRAUD of a company. Stay clear of this Asian mess.

I had trouble moving from the demo to the full version. I wrote an email on July 11th asking for help and specifying my problem. I got an email on November 3rd telling me their email to me "got blocked" and then they went on to say the same thing they told me the last time I asked for help. On top of that, the software (based on the demo version) is not very intuitive.

Super AVConverter 8.2 claimed it works with Windows Vista. It installed ok, but the converted file was trash. The images were barely recognizable.

I downloaded Plato's conversion software and I just couldn't get it to work correctly. So I gave SuperAV Converter a try and it worked perfectly. I converted all of my WMV files to MP4 files that plays on my iPod.
