Pros
Because the software is so simple to use ... I clean up my files more regularly now. I have another clean-up utility that is much slower than this one... I haven't used it since downloading this great little program.

"Support Appears to be Non Existing"

I purched what they call their "Golden Version" for $119.95 with lifetime support. Thus far after two requests I've received NO Support. Upon installing I ran their Turbo Memory. After closing the program I came back later and tried to run Turbo Memory and it would not open to run. The only way I was able to get it to run again was to reinstall the program. I'm waiting three more days and if still not support will take necesary steps to void my purchase.

It has a lot of features in one program, and I don't need to install hundred of diffrent programs and let them start when windows starts. If I were to buy all these utilities separately it would have cost hundreds of dollars. I decided to register because it is an excellent product at a fair price!!

It Does do a good job in the area's of the software that I do understand how to use.

There are many area's that I do not fully know how to use as it will wipe out some needed programs if I let it run in the area's that I do not understand well.

Kills Windows Explorer
I went to download.com and downloaded the free 30-day trial version (version 7.66). My computer was running really really slow and I thought that this would maybe speed it up. I scanned the computer and deleted the errors. I didn't notice anything until after I restarted. When I restarted, the dreaded black screen appeared. It deleted something in the Win32 file. That was probably my fault. I should have checked or at least skimmed the errors. I put in my installation CD and fixed the problem. When it finally booted Windows, it was looking good. Before anything shows up, Windows Explorer crashes! I just clicked restart Windows Explorer and it booted up ok. Then it crashed again. I restarted it. iIt crashed and I had to restart it again and again. Then, I went and looked at the reviews and some guy had already experienced this problem. He said to immediately delete it and I did. Guess what? It didn't crash again.
Bottom line: Program looked good, but looks can be deceiving.

Cons
Although I recommend this utility I do recommend a separate registry utility for you computer cleaning. Their regisitry cleaning utility is okay, but their are better ones out there. But when you do purchase a registry cleaner just be sure that's all your getting not another utility program because this is all you need.
