"Junk, and the money back guarantee is a joke, no money back"
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dear Sir or Ma?am,
I am returning this software and documentation in order to request a refund for this product in accordance with your warranty statement.
1. Incorporate an ?intelligent? wall layout that keeps square angles square until made otherwise.
2. Show clearly ?double walls? overlaid on each other because of the inconsistent nature of the wall drawing method.
3. Make it simple to keep outside walls at one thickness and interior walls at another without changing the entire house.
4. Zoom and pan functions should be available via the mouse scroll wheel or by side panning with a mouse button depressed. Your software reflects a Windows 3.1 mentality.
5. Fixtures and objects should be labeled in some way allowing the user to evaluate the object without having to add it to the structure to find out what it is.
6. Roof options are an important shortcoming that eventually drove me to replace this software with another one.
7. Posts? What posts?
8. How about individual room dimensions automatically created as you define the space?
9. What kind of math does this thing use to calculate square footage? It will give different answers to the same floor plan.
10. What if I want to move the house on the lot layout. Well, I can do it one story at a time. Seriously.
Is that all, you ask? Well no, but like the software you sold me for good money, you?ll only get about half of what you need to get the job done. This software isn?t house designing software; it?s a play game for people who want to decorate a virtual doll house.
At this point I?ll end and ask once again for a full refund. Please send it to:
After a few weeks, they sent me a nice letter saying that they couldn't refund my money because I didn't include the original packaging. Thanks.
Now they have their (my) piece of junk email AND my money. Be warned, don't waste your time.

Version: Super Home Suite 3.5.2
Pros: I bought this product at Wal-mart (hint cheaper price than online) and I love it. Much better so far than BH&G Home Designer. This one allows you to create furniture and cathedral ceilings. something which is a hassle with the other program. So far so good! As for the other reviews, it states clearly that you cannot save nor print. It is just a trial version. Owning the product has its perks!
I recommend this product to any beginner or remodeler!
Cons: Only thing is that I wish you could zoom in more on the 3D vector.

Version: Super Home Suite 3.5.2
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: I have tried to download this trialware twice; and each time I try to use it, the program tells me that the trial limit has expired. How can I evaluate a program for potential purchace when I can't even see what it does?

"Easy to use, but has major flaws."
Pros: It was very easy to use for basic floor planning. Print outs were good.
Cons: I couldn't build angled walls for cathedral ceilings, putting a building below grade (basements) was not easy to do without filling the basement with spillover dirt from outside. The 3-D portion sucked and I could not get the furniture design portion to work without crashing my system (Windows XP). I never did figure out how to build concrete walls in the basement. Overall, I thought I wasted my money on this product.

"Trial version is too handicapped, but otherwise fun."
Pros: This is fun to play with. The graphics are on par with the old Doom 2 game, and I burned a number of hours just fiddling with it. It's fairly intuitive and it doesn't take long at all to do the basics.
Cons: There are enough little glitches in the trial software, that I don't feel it's worth the risk to spend the money to see if the official product is better. Adding textures to walls and other surfaces, i.e. brick to the outside and paint to interior walls, is a joke. You have to stand behind the wall and hope it textures the other side. It's just as likely to decide to go through multiple "surfaces" and brick the inside of a closet or the sky, or something random. It's a major pain. Couple this with the deactivated "Undo" feature on the trial software (why? what would it hurt to be able to "undo"?) makes it nearly impossible to do anything except leave the entire structure all white.
